We are an Australian business and we do not want your personal data. Our goal is to collect and retain the minimum amount of your Personally Identifying Information (PII) required to serve you.

Do not trust any AI or associated chatbot with personal or sensitive business information. Please do not provide any sensitive details inside a chatbot unless it is explicitly inside a secure form provided after you express clear intent to share your details.

Information We Collect (Contact Forms)

We only collect information if you specifically ask us to contact you. Initially this includes only your name, email address, and/or phone number. You are welcome to use an alias in initial contact forms if you prefer. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you requested.

Information Collected for Chatbot Creation

If you contract us to build a chatbot, we will need more information. This data will be used to construct a private knowledge base (KB) for your chatbot. The knowledge base will be created from publicly available information (e.g., social media, public registers), business information from your public website, and any structured, non-proprietary data you specifically provide and authorize us to use for the public-facing chatbot.

Do not give us any proprietary information or data you regard as private, legally protected, or for internal use only. We cannot guarantee the privacy of any data used to train or build the chatbot, as it interfaces with multiple third-party systems.

Third-Party Risks & Data Flow

When you interact with our demonstration chatbots or a client chatbots we have built, your data passes through a chain of services. Do not assume APPs, GDPR, or HIPAA are met. The US has no meaningful general privacy laws regarding the handling of data by AI models. While chat interactions are not stored indefinitely by us, any contact details you provide (name, email) are sent immediately via various third-party APIs for processing.

These external providers may include automation platforms like Make (EU-servers) or other automation providers, email services (e.g., Resend, Google), chatbot platforms (typically Voiceflow), and various Large Language Models (LLMs, such as Claude). The LLM used may vary based on performance or cost.

Your data is only as safe as the lowest common denominator—this includes your browser and its extensions, the LLM, the chatbot platform, the email service, and any other digital platform your data comes into contact with.

If a chatbot directs you to an external form (e.g., a booking tool or payment service), the privacy policy of that third-party platform will apply. You are responsible for reviewing their policies before proceeding.

Do not provide Personally Identifying Information (PII), health, financial, legal, or other sensitive information inside our chatbot.

Storage and Processing

When you submit information via a contact form, your information is primarily received by email. Data may also be submitted to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the sole purpose of efficiently tracking your request and managing communication. Using the web form on the contact page often involves fewer third-party services than interacting directly inside a complex chatbot flow.

Website Tracking and Cookies

Like most websites, we use cookies, server logs, and analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) to track non-identifying data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This helps us measure website traffic and monitor the performance of our marketing efforts. Cookies are small text files placed on your device. You can control or delete these files through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect the website's full functionality.
